How to germinate marijuana seeds
Here is a step-by-step guide on the most effective method to germinate seeds!
Step 1: Place the seed in a shot glass filled with water. Check the seed every hour and give it a light tap, when it starts to sink move on to step 2.
Step 2: Take 4 pieces of paper towel. Soak them with preferably distilled water. The paper should be wet or heavily damp, not excessively wet with water running off.
Step 3: Place 2 of the wet pieces of paper towel in a plastic Tupperware. Place the seeds on the wet towel, spacing them out. Place the other 2 wet paper towels on top of them.
Step 4: Close the Tupperware and place it in a warm dark area. Check on the seeds everyday, if the towels are dry add a little water. The seeds can take up to a few days to germinate.
Step 5: Once the seed splits open and a sprout appears the seed has germinated. It is time to transfer your seed. Make a slight and very shallow indent into your soil.
Step 6: Place the seed in the indent with the sprout facing down. Lightly cover it with soil. Then wet the soil with a spray bottle. Do not overwater the seed or it will die.
Within about a week the seed should form a seedling.
