Shortbread Cannabis Infusion

- 1 Cup Cannabis Infused Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Allow cannabutter to soften till its workable with the spoon.
Add the half cup of sugar and combine well.
Add half the flour and combine, then add the other half of the flour, you may need to use your hands to combine fully.
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
Spread the dough out into whatever shape you desire, Andrew went for a kind of pizza shape here. The use of a fork and knife to score the top of the shortbread is purely for decoration.
Place shortbread on baking paper, inside a baking tray and insert into pre-heated oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes, or until pale-golden brown colour.
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes after baking, add sugar as sprinkle over the top.
