How long does delivery take.
At the moment we have a few options at checkout. Overnight delivery, same day or economy road. Each available option will be presented to you based on the weight of your order and the destination. Economy Road will take 2-4 days at the most and is the most affordable option.
What happens if it doesn't arrive.
This is an extremely rare situation. Most of the time the order is with a family member or work colleague. However, in South Africa, things do happen. Because of this we take the full responsibility of getting your order to you safe and sound. No matter what :).
My package is late, what can I do.
Sometimes the couriers are a bit late because of un expected situations. Please allow a full 24 hours after the expected date before trying to call the couriers. They will then be able to help you track down any parcel and give updated ETA’s. We are also happy to track down your parcel for you. Just reach out to us.
Returns Shipping
This is covered more extensively in the returns section, however we will be able to handle the logistics of the parcel returns. There may be a shipping charge in some cases. Please see more about the refunds and returns.
